The Wedding of George Geoffrey Bond and Edna Frances Barber, 26th May 1929
I am researching a number of names, the surnames of my Grandparents, and that of my wife's maiden name.
The Bond family, originating from Norfolk, but moved to London at the end of the 19th Century,

the BOND line now extends back 3 further generations!!!!

The Barber family, also originating from Norfolk, but moved to London at the start of the 20th Century, including details of the Mollett family, apparently of Huguenot descent (still under investigation)
The Morris family, based in London from at least the early 19th Century,
The Harrison family, originating from the Derbyshire/Cheshire/Lancashire border region but also moved to London at the start of the 20th Century, and
The Garnett family whose roots so far are Sheffield/Doncaster based.
The Stewart/Steward family with another link back to Norfolk, before moving to London
The Jope family back to the 18th Century in Cornwall
The Deakin/Dakin family originating from Cheshire

22 September 2007 ******* New The BOND FAMILY Esteemed Gunmakers of London UPDATE********
Although I have not been able to establish a Link to this Bond family, the fact that they are Gunmakers, in common with my
ancestors and bear similar names suggests there may be a connection. I would welcome any information that others may have.
